“Day Eighteen”

“Father God, help me to work in Whatever “Position” I am Appointed!”

(Nehemiah 12:44-47)

Father God, in the Name of Jesus, we come to You this day praising You and giving You all the Glory You deserve. Father God, I thank You for everything You do for me. If it were not for You, I would be nothing. Father God, I thank You for my family and my parents, Lord God, because I look around sometimes and I see how some kids get treated and I am very thankful that I am not treated badly.

Father God, I thank You for my Pastor and knowing the truth. I ask that You watch over the saints and everybody with illnesses. Let them overcome it.

Father God, I ask that You remove all things that are ungodly from my body. Lord God, I ask that You forgive me of my sins and that You sprinkle the Blood upon my consciousness.

Now, Father God, this day, I ask that whatever we are called to do, let us do it. If we don’t want to do it, Lord, help us to want to do it because it is for Your Kingdom and You deserve all the praise.

Father God as it says in Nehemiah 12:44, And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited. Father God, let us be able to work in whatever position You put us in. Let us do it out of the will of our hearts, knowing it will be for Your Kingdom. Let us not do it thinking we will just get something in return, but let us do it willfully.

Nehemiah 12: 45-46 45 And both the singers and the porters kept the ward of their God, and the ward of the purification, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son. 46 For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.

Father God, we ask this day to put it in our hearts and mindsets that we want to Glorify and give thanks unto You because we would be nothing without You.

Nehemiah 12: 47 And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified holy things unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified them unto the children of Aaron.

Now, Father God, in conclusion, help us to always give thanks unto You, and whatever position You appoint us to, let us be able to work it at our best efforts because it is for Your Kingdom and it will only make it better.

We ask all of these things in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
