“Day Eleven”

10/11/2018                                                                                                  Sister Delana Sabbs

Father God, give to us the “Words to Rebuke” the Enemy of the Church!”

(Nehemiah 2: 17-20)

Father God, in the Name of Jesus Christ, thank You for being the Bishop of my soul. Thank You for giving me the mind to talk to You, and for giving me the mind to believe in You. Thank You for the wonderful works that You done in my life and for the brotherhood. This is a Royal Priesthood that is not constructed by men’s hands. Men in their carnality cannot understand this, they think we’re crazy because sanctification has never entered their hearts. Thank You for sanctifying my heart and implanting the Word in my heart and daily life. Thank You for being I AM, or all that I need! Alleluia!!!

Before we make our petition before You, forgive me of all sins and iniquity, purge me with the Blood of Jesus and I shall be whiter than snow. Create in me a clean heart, a new way of thinking, that my thoughts will be a continuous reflection of Your Holy Word. Renew the right spirit within me, that I may seek and follow those things which are acceptable in Your Sight. We are gathered together seeking that You give to us the “Words to Rebuke” the Enemy of the Church!

Nehemiah 2:17-19 states:

17 Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach. 18 Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king’s words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work. 19 But when Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, and Geshem the Arabian, heard it, they laughed us to scorn, and despised us, and said, What is this thing that ye do? will ye rebel against the king?

Father God, we thank You for the Word because it is a reflection of our present time. Our enemy is the same enemy that Nehemiah and the children of Israel faced in that time. As soon as we come together for the good, to accomplish a great task, Satan enters the wicked to obstruct progress. Hypocrites, trying to hide behind the law, knowing they could care less about the law or leadership obstruct justice and disturb the peace in the Church! We rebuke this Pharisee hypocrite mindset in the NAME OF JESUS!!! And, we plead the BLOOD OF JESUS against anyone, brethren or whoever that will step in the walls of Church with this mindset. We rebuke AND PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS against sickness and disease, despair and wavery hearts that will obstruct progress as we build the Church!

As we know, the devil doesn’t have power, the only thing he can do is whisper, gossip, and mock. However, Nehemiah had a word for his whispering, gossiping, and mockery stating; 20 Then answered I them, and said unto them, The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build; but ye have no portion, nor right, nor memorial, in Jerusalem. We as children of the Most High must have the same words. The enemy must be reminded that he or they have no portion, nor right, nor memorial in this Church! For we have a decree sent from the God of heaven to build here! God’s building permits are greater than men’s building permits! God’s codes and ordinances are greater than the City’s codes and ordinances. God’s Word doesn’t need to be voted on by a committee! And, if God be for us, then who can be against us? As the song states: the devil was defeated a long time ago, didn’t you know???!!! His devices cannot stand against the Word of the Lord! Alleluia!! Praise the Lord!!

Father God, give us the mind not to be troubled by whispers, gossipers, mockers, sickness and disease, despair, and impatience but that we keep our eyes on the prize and to accomplish those things You already given us dominion over.

Father God, we understand that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but You will deliver us from them all. Also, we know that everything works together for the good of us whom love You. Just as the enemy tempted You, we will be tempted; therefore, Lord give us power over temptation by using the right words of rebuke when the enemy rises, attempting to exalt itself against Your Knowledge. Give us the right words of rebuke when the government, unrighteous laws and people, unfavorable situations, and the wrong attitudes rise against the church so that we may stop the Enemies in their tracks!

In Jesus Name we pray! May the words of this prayer be answered speedily in Jesus Name! Amen and Amen!!!
